Orsi Imre (she/her) is an HR Business Partner at SEEK Development. In her role, she is driving the HR Strategy and fostering a high-performing and engaging work environment by leading initiatives around Talent Acquisition, People Experience and Professional Development in line with the company's values.

Orsi has gained her HR expertise while working for a diverse range of organizations in both the for- and non-profit sectors. She has worked for a design agency, an agricultural tech start-up, an environmental tech scale-up and most recently she has ventured into being a People & Culture Consultant at Digital Vikings, a recruiting and organizational development consultancy. She is an active member of HR Expert communities and volunteers for eco-conscious/ permaculture projects.

Her interest in sustainability has propelled her to join SEEK, where she can support people that work towards social and environmental system innovation.

Orsi has a Bachelor of Arts in American studies from Eötvös Loran University in Budapest, and postgraduate degrees in Competency Development for Adults and Business English Training.
