Interview Process
We value the time and effort you invest in us, and we are excited to embark on this journey with you. Below is an outline of our interview process designed to ensure a thorough evaluation and understanding of your skills, experiences, and fit with SEEK while also giving you the time to discover us and what life at SEEK is like.
Application screening
We will carefully review your application documents on a rolling basis.
You can expect timely communication from us regarding the status of your application.
Stage 1: Introductory call
(video call - 25 minutes)
The first introductory call will be conducted by our recruiting lead.
This informal conversation helps us understand your background, motivations, and initial fit with SEEK. This is also the time for you to ask any initial questions to get to know more about the role.
Stage 2: First interview (video call - 60 minutes)
In the first interview, you will meet with the Hiring Manager for a more in-depth discussion about your skills, interests, and fit to the role. During this call, you will have the opportunity to elaborate on your application and ask us questions about the company, your role, and anything else on your mind.
Stage 3: Panel interview (case study - video call or in-person - 60 minutes)
In this stage, you will engage with two SEEKers through a case study discussion. Before this meeting, you will receive a case study and will have 24 hours to work on it. You can choose the day you would like to solve this case, and it does not have to be right before the interview.
The case study aims to assess your problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills by simulating a situation that many of our consultants commonly find themselves in.
Stage 4: Check-in with the Manager
(video call - 30 minutes)
Our process ends with a final call with a leadership team member to get to know you and discuss potential next steps. You will also gain insight into the final stages of the hiring process.
