Klaus C. Ridderbusch (he/him) is SEEK's Chief Operating Officer responsible for the financial and operational excellence of the organization. He brings extensive experience gained over 25 years in management and operational leadership of large and smaller organizations. With his expertise in leadership development, systemic executive coaching and team development, he also supports clients with team and individual leadership upskilling and enabling their transformation for future-proof, sustainable, purposeful success.  

Previously he worked in senior leadership of established organizations, holding positions including as business director, managing director and global category vice president. Klaus developed his expertise in people leadership, organizational management, and strategy through years of experience in local and regional roles at world leading companies in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Klaus holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Wilhelms-University in Germany along with having completed additional senior trainings on leadership from the INSEAD Business School. He is also a certified leadership coach, working with executive leaders and teams.
