Zoe Welch (she/her) is an Associate Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings years of editorial experience, as well a history in educational communication and curriculum development with a focus on political and cultural engagement. At SEEK, she is passionate about political communication and focuses on contributing to the Donor Tracker team as well as the SEEK team at large.

Previously, Zoe worked as a Fulbright Scholar for English language instruction and international political education in Berlin. She has also worked at the Center for Applied Policy Research (Ludwig-Maximilian University), gaining experience in policymaking research and educational content production, as well as working with the Bayerischer Landtag to implement a political education curriculum directly in Munich high schools. Zoe holds a BA in International Political Economy and German Studies from the University of Puget Sound as well as a joint MA in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Bath, UK, and Humboldt University Berlin.
