Angela Duffy is Chief of Staff at SEEK Development. She is driven to foster inclusive economic growth and contributes twelve years of experience managing the strategy and operations of youth and women’s entrepreneurship, skills training, and social innovation initiatives across MENA, sub-Saharan Africa, and South and Southeast Asia.

Angela began her career in global business development with Room to Read. She then grew to manage a portfolio of education programs as Program Officer with the Institute of International Education and later as Project Manager with Google. Angela delivered complex development projects for sponsors including the U.S. Department of State and USAID while establishing partnerships for program sustainability and overseeing global field teams. Her passion for advancing economic opportunity through education and gender equality initiatives is well aligned to SEEK’s focus area.

Angelaholds a Master of Public Administration, International Development from The London School of Economics. She honed evidence-based policy analysis skills toscale economic development in emerging markets, with a special interest inpolicy at the nexus of community development, climate adaptation, and economic growth. Angela’s experience in managing data-driven strategy and operations ofinternational development initiatives allow her to support the strategic andoperational leadership of SEEK.
