Alexander Doxiadis (he/him) is a Director at SEEK Development, where he leads the Global Health practice. He brings over a decade of experience in Global Public Health and top-tier consulting after a PhD in physics, and has been a thought partner to leading global philanthropies and NGOs. At SEEK, Alexander spearheads our Global Health work. He supports partners with deep expertise in strategy development, managing complex stakeholder environments and organizational effectiveness.
Through deep understanding of global strategic priorities and country realities, he supports partners and teams to solve complex problems and enables excellent project delivery. Alexander acts as a coach to senior leaders while providing an ongoing learning environment for all clients and teams.
Alexander brings extensive international experience both in business and non-profit, with a focus on health system strengthening in low- and middle-income countries. He was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey before joining the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) where he held the position of Director of Climate and Health. He has partnered with organizations like Gavi, BMGF, UNICEF, and the WHO to develop, execute, and track strategic projects.
Alexander holds a Master of Science in Theoretical Physics (University of Utrecht), a PhD in Particle Physics (University of Amsterdam & CERN), and is a certified coach.
