
Alina Neri (she/her) is a Consultant at SEEK Development. She brings several years of experience in international development, with a focus on governance, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. At SEEK, she supports clients in designing evidence-based strategies and advocacy initiatives, particularly in the areas of development finance, good governance, and cross-sector collaboration.
Before joining SEEK, Alina worked with international NGOs and UN agencies, including Transparency International Secretariat and the United Nations Development Programme. As a governance officer at Transparency International, she contributed to strengthening governance standards, internal policies, and organizational development across the global movement. At UNDP, she was involved in a community-based initiative promoting sustainable tourism development, helping shape inclusive local strategies through participatory engagement. She also supported civic learning and engagement programs at the International Anti-Corruption Academy and the German Parliament.
Alina holds a Joint Master’s degree in International Public Policy from the University of York and Central European University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Humboldt University of Berlin.
